After the successful completion of the speculative workshop, Capstone Construction were engaged under a D&C contract to deliver a new 6,500m2 heavy industrial workshop for tenant Hybrid Systems. The facility incorporates with three gantry crane bays, each rated for 40t lift capacity, along with two storey office, carparks and external concrete hardstands.
