Perkins TPD was engaged to expand the existing refrigerated distribution facility from 12,000m3 to 40,000m3 of refrigerated space, construct a new 1700m2 refrigerated production facility and 700m2 refrigerated production facility and 700m2 dry goods storage, as well as a full refurbishment of the existing warehouse facility.
