Capstone Construction was engaged under a D&C contract to deliver a new 4,500m2 industrial warehouse, along with 400m2 single storey office, and 10,000m2 of external hardstand built on spec for Perth Airport Pty Ltd.

Works include integration of overhead 20T gantry cranes in each bay with provision for future expansion to add dual lift capability with dual 20T gantry cranes. The structure has also been designed to allow the installation of future loading docks and the removal of multiple columns, allowing the space to be effectively utilised as warehousing space.
