Capstone Construction was engaged under a D&C contract to deliver a new 12,635m2 warehouse refrigeration facility and adjoining 1400m2 single storey offices, multi-bay carparks, and concrete hardstand and truck manoeuvring pavements. It is an Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) designed to meet a 4-star NABERS rating.
